• Account and passenger data is sent only to the application API and is not placed in page URLs.
• Session authentication uses secure server-side sessions; passwords and session secrets are never stored in the browser.
• Booking records are retained as required for transport operations, support, security and applicable law.
• Operational logs exclude passwords, verification codes and unnecessary personal data.
